Oral/Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines – 10th Oman Derm
You are invited to submit an abstract for 10th Oman Derm, to be held on 11th & 12th December 2026, at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Muscat Oman.
TO SUBMIT AN ORAL/ POSTER ABSTRACT, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 30 August 2026 – 11:59 PM.
NOTIFICATION ON ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: 15 September 2026 – 11:59 PM.

Language
All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on the 10th OmanDerm website.
General Conditions
- Abstracts are required for all presentations.
- Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 30 August 2026 (23:59 GMT).
- Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Oral/Poster Abstracts.
- Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance.
- If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses.
- All accepted Abstract presenter(s) will receive free registration to the conference to present your abstract at the conference.
- The co- authors of the abstracts should register to the conference if you wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
- Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the congress that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
- Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.
Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
Disclosure: Abstract submitter and presenter are required to disclose any conflict of interest.
Ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation.
All approved presenters are required to be registered to the conference.
Abstract submitters must consent to the Policies of Abstract Submission
